38. PKO WROCŁAW MARATONU 

9. Mistrzostw Polski Solidarności w Maratonie  

Wrocław, 20 września 2020 roku 

1. CEL

Popularyzacja i upowszechnianie biegania jako najprostszej formy aktywności ruchowej, promocja Miasta Wrocławia, Gminy Kąty Wrocławskie, aglomeracji wrocławskiej. 

1. ORGANIZATOR

Organizatorem Maratonu jest Gmina Wrocław - Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław, PL 51-612 Wrocław, al. I. J. Paderewskiego 35, tel. +48 571 351 020, e-mail: .

1. TERMIN I MIEJSCE

1. Maraton odbędzie się w dniu 20 września 2020 r. 
2. Start: Rynek Kąty Wrocławskie o godz. 9:00. Zawodnicy muszą zgłosić się do stref startowych między 8.30 a 8.45. 
3. Meta: Stadion Olimpijski we Wrocławiu.
4. Długość trasy: 42,195 km. Trasa będzie posiadała atest PZLA, AIMS.
5. Zawodnicy na starcie ustawiają się w/g kolejności: elita Maratonu – zawodnicy posiadający numery od
   1 do 200 (strefa wydzielona). Około 10 m za elitą ustawiają się pozostali zawodnicy w strefach czasowych zgodnie z czasami deklarowanymi w zgłoszeniu. 

Do elity Maratonu zostaną zaproszeni:

1. 1. 1. Złota Dwójka  Maratonu - zawodnicy, którzy ukończyli wszystkie Maratony Ślężan i Maratony Wrocław,
      2. Zawodnicy zaproszeni przez Dyrektora 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu.

1. Start zawodników będzie odbywał się falowo. 
2. Trasa będzie zamknięta dla podłużnego ruchu kołowego zgodnie z decyzją o wykorzystaniu trasy Maratonu w sposób szczególny. Zawodników obowiązuje limit czasu wynoszący 6 godzin netto. Zawodnicy, którzy na półmetku maratonu osiągną czas powyżej 3 godzin netto zobowiązani są do przerwania biegu i zejścia
   z trasy Maratonu. Wszyscy zawodnicy, którzy nie dobiegną do mety do godz. 15.30, zobowiązani są do przerwania biegu i zejścia z trasy lub dojechania do mety mikrobusem z napisem KONIEC MARATONU.
3. 95% trasy Maratonu przebiega nawierzchnią asfaltową, a 5% nawierzchnią brukową.
4. Na trasie Maratonu oznaczone będą kilometry: od 1 do 42 (co 1 km).
5. Punkty pomiaru czasu będą znajdowały się na: starcie, 5, 10, 15, 21.0975, 25, 30, 35, 40 km i na mecie.
6. 10. Na każdym punkcie odżywiania ustawione będą stoły z:

1. miskami z czystą wodą,
2. napojami izotonicznymi,
3. bananami podzielonymi na kawałki,
4. wodą.

1. 11. Na każdym punkcie odświeżania ustawione będą stoły z:

1. cukrem w kostkach,
2. miskami z czystą wodą do zmoczenia gąbek wydanych w pakiecie startowym,
3. wodą.

1. 12.Punkty medyczne będą znajdowały się w punktach odżywiania oraz odświeżania i będą obsługiwane przez ratowników medycznych. 
2. 13.Kabiny WC będą znajdowały się za punktami odżywiania i odświeżania.

1. UCZESTNICTWO

1. Prawo startu w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie mają osoby, które do dnia 20 września 2020 r. ukończą 18 lat.
2. Wszyscy zawodnicy startujący w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie muszą zostać zweryfikowani i odprawieni w Biurze Zawodów, które przyjmuje zawodników w dniach 18 września 2020 r. w godz. 14:00 – 22:00, 19 września 2020 r. w godz. 9:00 – 22:00 na Stadionie Olimpijskim we Wrocławiu. W dniu Maratonu 20 września 2020 r. Biuro Zawodów czynne będzie w godzinach 6:00 – 8:30 w Kątach Wrocławskich tylko dla zawodników, którzy wybrali opcje samodzielnego dojazdu do Kątów Wrocławskich. 

Pakiety nieodebrane w tych terminach pozostają w dyspozycji organizatora.

Uwaga! 

• Obowiązkiem zawodników jest przedłożenie w Biurze Zawodów potwierdzenia zgłoszenia w postaci biletu (wydrukowanego lub na telefonie), który należy pobrać ze swojego profilu w portalu Datasport, wiadomości e-mail otrzymanej od Datasport lub wiadomości SMS otrzymanej od Datasport przed Maratonem, 
• W przypadku braku biletu do weryfikacji tożsamości, daty urodzenia i obywatelstwa niezbędne jest posiadanie dowodu osobistego lub paszportu. 
• W przypadku braku możliwości osobistego odbioru pakietu startowego zawodnik zobowiązany jest  zapewnić stawiennictwo upoważnionej przez niego osoby do odbioru pakietu startowego (zgodnie z Rozdziałem V, pkt. 16, ppkt c). 

1. Decyzje lekarzy dotyczące kontynuowania Maratonu są ostateczne i nieodwołalne.
2. W 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie pomiar czasu i ustalanie kolejności będzie dokonywane za pomocą systemu elektronicznego na podstawie przyklejonych do numerów startowych chipów. Każdy zawodnik podczas weryfikacji otrzyma numer startowy z chipem. Pierwszych 50 zawodników będzie sklasyfikowanych według miejsca zajętego na mecie (czas brutto). 51 zawodnik i kolejni będą klasyfikowani według faktycznie uzyskanego czasu przebiegnięcia Maratonu (czas netto). Posiadanie numeru podczas całego biegu, poruszanie się wyłącznie po trasie Maratonu i przejście przez wszystkie punkty kontroli czasu jest warunkiem sklasyfikowania w komunikacie końcowym. 

Podczas Maratonu wszyscy zawodnicy muszą posiadać numery startowe przymocowane do koszulek na piersiach. 

1. Dyskwalifikacji podlegać będą:

1. zawodnicy biegnący z zasłoniętym numerem startowego (w części lub w całości),
2. zawodnicy skracający trasę,

1. Osoby, które przekażą swój numer startowy innej osobie lub wystartują z numerem innej osoby zostaną zdyskwalifikowane, a także nie zostaną dopuszczone do kolejnych imprez organizowanych przez Organizatora 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu przez okres 2 lat.
2. Depozyt stacjonarny na terenie Stadionu Olimpijskiego we Wrocławiu będzie przyjmował rzeczy osobiste zawodników zapakowane do przekazanych przez organizatora worków w dniu 20 września 2020 r. w godzinach 6:00 – 6:45. Organizator prosi o pozostawianie w depozycie stacjonarnym dużych bagaży (walizki. Plecaki etc.), które nie muszą być zabrane przez Zawodnika na miejsce startu Maratonu w Kątach Wrocławskich. Depozyt mobilny będzie zorganizowany w autobusach w pobliżu startu Maratonu w Kątach Wrocławskich w godzinach 6:00 – 8:30. Odbiór rzeczy z depozytów będzie możliwy 20 września 2020 r. do godz. 16.30 na Stadionie Olimpijskim we Wrocławiu. Wydawanie worków z depozytów będzie się odbywało za okazaniem numeru otrzymanego od obsługi depozytów. Zagubienie numeru przez zawodnika zwalnia organizatora od odpowiedzialności za pobranie worka przez inną osobę.
3. Przebieralnie, toalety i natryski z ciepłą wodą będą się znajdowały na terenie Stadionu i będą udostępnione w dniu 20 września 2020 r. od godz. 6.00 do 16.00. 

1. ZGŁOSZENIA

1. Zgłoszenia do udziału w 38. PKO  Wrocław Maratonie przyjmowane będą wyłącznie w formie elektronicznej              poprzez wypełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego umieszczonego na stronie internetowej Maratonu www.wroclawmaraton.pl 
2. Za zgłoszenie uważa się wykonanie przez zawodnika dwóch czynności w kolejności: 

     a. wypełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego na stronie internetowej www.wroclawmaraton.pl 

     b. dokonania opłaty za pakiet startowy za pośrednictwem płatności elektronicznych w panelu zgłoszeń  internetowych na etapie rejestracji zawodnika lub na konto bankowe Gminy Wrocław - Młodzieżowego Centrum Sportu Wrocław w banku PKO BP o numerze: 13 1020 5226 0000 6602 0462 7032 (w tytule przelewu proszę wpisać: „opłata za pakiet startowy Maraton” oraz podać imię, nazwisko zawodnika i rok urodzenia). Kod SWIFT: BPKOPLPW. Data wykonania ostatniej z w/w czynności decyduje o terminie dokonania zgłoszenia. 

1. Zawodnicy dokonujący wpłat poza kanałem płatności elektronicznej w panelu zgłoszeń, mają  obowiązek dokonać płatności w terminie do 3 dni roboczych od dnia wypełnienia formularza zgłoszeniowego oraz zachować potwierdzenie dokonanej wpłaty. 
2. Na listę startową trafią wyłącznie zawodnicy, którzy zapisali się oraz uiścili opłatę w ramach dostępnego limitu miejsc.
3. Potwierdzeniem udziału zawodnika w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie (prawidłowa rejestracja oraz dokonanie opłaty) będą:
   1. 1. email przesłany na adres podany w zgłoszeniu,
      2. informacja w profilu zawodnika w portalu Datasport,
      3. obecność zawodnika na liście startowej w portalu Datasport.
4. Zgłoszenie udziału w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie stanowi jednocześnie potwierdzenie zapoznania się zawodników z niniejszym regulaminem, zobowiązanie się do jego przestrzegania oraz wyrażenie zgody na wykorzystanie wizerunku uczestników, w tym na zamieszczanie tych danych w przekazach telewizyjnych, radiowych, internetowych i w formie drukowanej oraz, po wyrażeniu zgody, na przesyłanie przez organizatorów na adres mailowy zawodników informacji i ankiet dotyczących organizowanych obecnie i w przyszłości zawodów przez organizatorów 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu. 
5. Dane zawodnika pojawią się na liście startowej po zaksięgowaniu wpłaty. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do usuwania z listy startowej treści mających charakter obraźliwy, wulgarny lub naruszający prawa osób trzecich. Zawodnik ma możliwość ukrycia swoich danych na liście startowej, poprzez wybranie opcji „anonim” podczas uzupełniania formularza zgłoszeniowego, w takiej sytuacji zawodnik nie będzie widoczny na liście startowej w portalu Datasport. 
6. Numer startowy będzie nadawany zawodnikowi w momencie weryfikacji i odprawy w Biurze Zawodów w terminach określonych w rozdziale IV pkt. 2.
7. Termin zgłoszeń i wysokość opłat:
   1. 1.   Organizator ustala liczbę zawodników - limit 3000 osób. Obowiązują trzy terminy i dwie opcje do wyboru: z transportem Organizatora (Organizator zapewnia dojazd podstawionymi autobusami ze Stadionu Olimpijskiego w Wrocławiu w okolice startu w Kątach Wrocławskich) lub samodzielny dojazd. Jeśli zawodnik wybierze opcję samodzielnego dojazdu na miejsce startu w Kątach Wrocławskich, jego opłata będzie pomniejszona o 15 zł, od obowiązującej w danym terminie.

Wysokość opłat z transportem organizatora na start:

• I termin – dla pierwszych 1000 zawodników opłata startowa wynosi 110 zł,
• II termin – dla zawodników 1001 do 2000 opłata startowa wynosi 140 zł,
• III termin – dla zawodników 2001 do 3000 opłata startowa wynosi 170 zł.

Wysokość opłat z transportem własnym na start:

• I termin – dla pierwszych 1000 zawodników opłata startowa wynosi 95 zł,

1. 1. 1. • • II termin – dla zawodników 1001 do 2000 opłata startowa wynosi 125zł,
           • III termin – dla zawodników 1001 do 2000 opłata startowa wynosi 155zł.

1. 10.Prawo startu w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie przy wniesieniu opłaty w wysokości 1 zł pod warunkiem zgłoszenia się przed wyczerpaniem limitu miejsc lub przed 10 sierpnia 2020 r. mają:

1. Grzegorz Lechowski i Marek Musiał – Złota Dwójka Wrocław Maratonu,
2. medaliści 27. Otwartych Mistrzostw Wrocławia w Biegach Długich, 
3. zwycięzcy wrocławskich maratonów oraz zwycięzcy kategorii wiekowych z 37. PKO Wrocław Maratonu,
4. zawodnicy, którzy mają 60 lat i więcej (rocznik 1960 i starsi), 
5. zawodnicy zaproszeni przez Dyrektora Maratonu.

Opłata w wysokości 1 zł obowiązuje tylko do 10 sierpnia 2020 r. Po upływie tego terminu obowiązują opłaty zgodnie z pkt. 9 powyżej.

1. 11.Zawodnicy dokonujący opłaty w dniach od 18-20 września 2020 r. zobowiązani są do posiadania potwierdzenia jej dokonania. W Biurze Zawodów będzie dostępny komputer do sprawdzenia historii transakcji.
2. 12.Zawodnik ma prawo zrezygnować z udziału w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie w terminie do  15 sierpnia 2020 r. W celu dokonania rezygnacji zawodnik musi wysłać wiadomość e-mail na adres . W terminie 14 dni od przesłania wiadomości zostanie zwrócona opłata startowa pomniejszona o 10 zł. 
3. 13.Organizator nie przewiduje nadruków imion na numerach startowych.
4. 14.W przypadku nie wyczerpania limitu zawodników do dnia 16 września 2020 r. formularz zgłoszeniowy zostanie wyłączony. Po zamknięciu zapisów elektronicznych będzie można dokonać zgłoszenia
   w Biurze Maratonu podczas weryfikacji w dniach 18 – 20 września 2020 r. 
5. 15.Sekretariat Maratonu znajduje się we Wrocławiu, przy al. I.J. Paderewskiego 35,Trybuna Wschodnia, 51-  612 Wrocław, tel. +48 571 351 020, e-mail: , otwarty jest od poniedziałku do piątku w godzinach od 8:00 do 15:00. 

Biuro Zawodów na Stadionie Olimpijskim we Wrocławiu pracuje w dniach 18 września 2020 r. w godzinach 14:00 – 22:00, 19 września 2020 r. w godzinach 9:00 – 22:00. W dniu Maratonu, 20 września 2020 r., Biuro Zawodów czynne będzie jedynie w Kątach Wrocławskich  w godzinach 6:00 – 8:30. W dniach 18, 19 i 20 września 2020 r. Biuro Zawodów będzie prowadziło weryfikację i odprawę zawodników, wydawało numery startowe oraz pakiety startowe. 

1. Warunkiem pozytywnej weryfikacji w dniach 18 - 20 września 2020 r. jest:
   1. Przedłożenie w Biurze Zawodów potwierdzenia zgłoszenia w postaci biletu (wydrukowanego lub na telefonie), który należy pobrać ze swojego profilu w portalu Datasport, wiadomości e-mail otrzymanej od Datasport lub wiadomości SMS otrzymanej od Datasport przed biegiem,
   2. 2)W przypadku braku biletu do weryfikacji tożsamości, daty urodzenia i obywatelstwa niezbędne jest posiadanie dowodu osobistego lub paszportu. 
   3. 3)W przypadku braku możliwości osobistego odbioru pakietu startowego zawodnik zobowiązany jest  zapewnić stawiennictwo upoważnionej przez niego osoby do odbioru pakietu startowego. 

Zawodnik, który otrzyma drogą elektroniczną (mailem, smsem) główny bilet z kodem do odbioru pakietu, może upoważnić inną osobę do jego odbioru, poprzez kliknięcie w link UPOWAŻNIENIA i podanie numeru telefonu komórkowego oraz adresu email osoby upoważnianej do odbioru pakietu w biurze zawodów w imieniu zawodnika. Po zapisaniu upoważnienia na podany numer telefonu i adres email wysłany zostanie upoważnionemu bilet z wszelkimi kodami do odbioru pakietu.

W dowolnym momencie, Zawodnik może kliknąć w swoim głównym bilecie w UPOWAŻNIENIA i zmienić dane upoważnionego do odbioru pakietu - zostanie wtedy wygenerowany i wysłany kolejny ważny bilet a poprzedni będzie nieaktywny. Zawodnik może także wykasować dane upoważnianej osoby - wtedy nie będzie już działał żaden upoważniony bilet wcześniej wygenerowany a jedynie główny bilet.

Za pomocą własnego głównego biletu z kodem QR, zawodnik w każdym przypadku może osobiście dokonać odbioru swojego pakietu niezależnie od wystawionych upoważnień.

1. 14. Organizator zastrzega sobie możliwość wysyłania na wskazany przez zawodnika w formularzu zgłoszeniowym adres e-mail informacji dotyczących 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu.

1. KLASYFIKACJE

1.   W 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie będą prowadzone klasyfikacje:

• 1. indywidualne:

kobiet, mężczyzn,

obywatelek Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, obywateli Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej,

• 1. • w kategoriach wiekowych kobiet i mężczyzn:

- K i M - 20: 18 – 29 lat, - K i M - 30: 30 – 39 lat,

- K i M - 40: 40 – 49 lat, - K i M - 50: 50 – 59 lat,

- K i M - 60: 60 – 69 lat, - K i M - 70: 70 – 79 lat,

- K i M - 80: 80 i starsi

• 1. drużynowa: trzech najlepszych zawodników z danej drużyny bez względu na płeć, pod warunkiem  wpisania jednobrzmiącej nazwy drużyny (o zwycięstwie decyduje najniższa suma czasów jej członków). 

1. W 9. Mistrzostwach Polski Solidarności w Maratonie mogą wziąć udział wyłącznie członkowie Niezależnego Samorządnego Związku Zawodowego „Solidarność” Przy weryfikacji, w Biurze Zawodów należy okazać ważną legitymację związkową lub zaświadczenie z organizacji związkowej potwierdzającą przynależność do NSZZ „Solidarność”. Bez spełnienia powyższych warunków zawodnik nie będzie sklasyfikowany w 9. Mistrzostwach Polski Solidarności w Maratonie. 

W 9. Mistrzostwach Polski Solidarności w Maratonie będzie prowadzona klasyfikacja kobiet i klasyfikacja mężczyzn oraz dodatkowe:

1. W czasie trwania Maratonu w godz. 9.00 - 15.00 zostanie przeprowadzony konkurs na najlepszy zespół kibicujący uczestnikom na trasie. Zasady konkursu określać będzie właściwy regulamin, który zostanie opublikowany na stronie www.wroclawmaraton.pl w terminie do 31 sierpnia 2020 r.

1. NAGRODY

1. 1.Zwycięzcy 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu otrzymają: 
   1. puchary ufundowane przez Samorząd Miasta Wrocławia i sponsorów Maratonu w:
      • klasyfikacji mężczyzn:  I, II, III miejsce, 
      • klasyfikacji kobiet:       I, II, III miejsce,
      • obywatelek Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej I, II, III miejsce, 
      • obywateli Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej  I, II, III miejsce,
      • klasyfikacji drużynowej: I, II, III miejsce po 3 puchary.

1. 1. b. nagrody pieniężne:

w klasyfikacji mężczyzn:   I  miejsce - 10 000 zł, II miejsce -  7 000 zł, III miejsce -  6 000 zł, IV miejsce -  4 500 zł,	w klasyfikacji  kobiet : I  miejsce - 10 000 zł, II miejsce -  7 000 zł, III miejsce -  6 000 zł, IV miejsce -  4 500 zł,
w klasyfikacji obywatelek RP:   I  miejsce - 3 000 zł, II miejsce - 2 000 zł, III miejsce - 1 000 zł.	w klasyfikacji  obywateli RP : I  miejsce - 3 000 zł, II miejsce - 2 000 zł, III miejsce - 1 000 zł.

1. 3.Zwycięzcy w kategoriach wiekowych kobiet i mężczyzn nabywają prawo do ulgowego startu w 39. Wrocław  Maratonie (pod warunkiem zgłoszenia się do 30 kwietnia 2021 r.).
2. 4.Zawodnicy, którzy są zarejestrowani w programie Nasz Wrocław oraz posiadają biletu potwierdzający rozliczanie rocznego podatku dochodowego od osób fizycznych we Wrocławiu i ukończą 38.PKO Wrocław Maraton, otrzymają nagrodę dodatkową równą wysokości wniesionego wpisowego. 
3. 5.Puchary zostaną wręczone zwycięzcom 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu zgodnie
   z programem minutowym imprezy. Nagrody nieodebrane podczas dekoracji, będą możliwe do odebrania do 30 dni od zakończenia Maratonu. Po tym terminie pozostają w dyspozycji organizatora.  
4. 6.Puchary otrzymają: 

• Zawodnicy z miejsc I-III w 9. Mistrzostwach Polski Solidarności w Maratonie w kl. kobiet i mężczyzn,
• Zawodnicy z I miejsc w kl. kategorii wiekowych 9. Mistrzostwach Polski Solidarności w Maratonie,

1. Najlepsze zespoły kibicujące zawodnikom na trasie otrzymają nagrody zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu. 
2. Wszystkie zawodniczki i wszyscy zawodnicy, którzy ukończą Maraton w czasie 6 godzin, otrzymają       okolicznościowe medale. Medale będą wręczane po przebiegnięciu linii mety.
3. Zdobywcom nagród pieniężnych i premii zostanie potrącony podatek dochodowy od osób fizycznych zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami.
4. Nagrody i premie pieniężne zdobyte przez zawodniczki i zawodników będą przekazywane wyłącznie przelewem na wskazane osobiste konto bankowe zawodnika do 31 października 2020 r.
5. 10. Zawodniczki i zawodnicy po ukończeniu biegu mogą zostać poddani badaniom antydopingowym. Badania  zostaną wykonane przez Komisję do Zwalczania Dopingu w Sporcie. Każda zawodniczka i zawodnik wytypowany przez Komisję do Zwalczania Dopingu w Sporcie ma obowiązek, pod karą dyskwalifikacji udać się na badania antydopingowe. W przypadku wykrycia w próbce A substancji niedozwolonych zawodnik ma prawo wystąpić z wnioskiem o przebadanie próbki B na swój koszt. W razie wyniku negatywnego próbki B niepotwierdzającego zażycie substancji niedozwolonych wynik zawodnika pozostaje utrzymany na liście, zaś w sytuacji potwierdzenia wyniku próbki A, Dyrektor Wrocław Maratonu dyskwalifikuje zawodnika. Decyzja o dyskwalifikacji jest ostateczna i nie mają do niej zastosowania przepisy PZLA dotyczące możliwości odwołania.
6. 11. Lista substancji i metod zabronionych jest określona w Załączniku nr 1 do Międzynarodowej Konwencji
   do Zwalczania Dopingu w Sporcie z dnia 19 października 2005 r. wraz z aktualizacjami.

1. VIII.NOCLEGI

1. 1.Organizator nie zapewnia miejsc noclegowych.

1. IX.ŻYWIENIE

1. 1.Po ukończeniu biegu na mecie zawodnicy otrzymają: wodę, napój izotoniczny, herbatę, banana oraz posiłek regeneracyjny. Posiłki będą wydawane na podstawie numeru startowego.
2. 2.W rozdziale III. Niniejszego regulaminu podane jest odżywianie na trasie podczas biegu.
3. 3.W dniu 19 września  2020 r. w godz. 16:00 – 20:00 na Stadionie Olimpijskim, odbędzie się „Pasta Party”. Porcję otrzyma każdy zawodnik, który dokona weryfikacji w dniach 18 - 19 września 2020 r. do godz. 19.50 i będzie posiadał przy sobie numer startowy.

1. X.FINANSOWANIE

1. Koszty organizacji 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu pokrywają: Gmina Wrocław, Gmina Kąty Wrocławskie, PKO BP – Sponsor Tytularny oraz partnerzy i instytucje wspomagające.

1. 2.Koszty opłaty startowej, dojazdów i innych świadczeń pokrywają uczestnicy imprezy.
2. 3.Zweryfikowani zawodnicy mają prawo do bezpłatnego korzystania ze zbiorowej komunikacji miejskiej
   i podmiejskiej (tramwaje, autobusy) w dniu 19 i 20 września 2020 r. za okazaniem numeru  startowego.
3. 4.W ramach opłaty za pakiet startowy  uczestnik otrzymuje:

nr startowy + agrafki, gąbkę,  napoje, banany, cukier  na trasie i mecie,

regulamin z mapką trasy, koszulkę sportową,  ewentualnie upominki.

1. OCHRONA DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 Rozporządzenie Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (zwanego dalej RODO):

1. Dla zawodnika 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu:

1. 1. Administratorem Danych Osobowych (ADO) zawartych w Pana/i formularzu osobowym jest Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław z siedzibą przy al. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego 35, 51-612 Wrocław.
   2. ADO wyznaczył inspektora danych osobowych, z którym można korespondować pisemnie z zaznaczenie adresata jako Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych  na wskazany w pkt 1 powyżej adres bądź na adres e-mail lub .
   3. Podane przez Pana/nią dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie umowy związanej z uczestnictwem w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie – podstawa prawna art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO (Pana/i dane będą więc przetwarzane aby zawrzeć umowę i wypełnić jej warunki, wykonywać rozliczenia finansowe w okresie niezbędnym do wypełnienia ww. obowiązków). W przypadku oświadczenia, że znajduje się Pana/i w dobrym stanie zdrowia dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie Pana/i zgody – podstawa prawna art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO. W przypadku wyrażenia zgody na przesyłanie na Pana/i adres mailowy, informacji i ankiet dotyczących organizowanych przez organizatorów 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu imprez sportowych – podstawa prawna art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO. 
   4. ADO może przekazywać Pani/Pana dane w szczególności następującym odbiorcom:
      1. podmiotom przetwarzającym, którym ADO zleci czynności przetwarzania danych,
      2. innym odbiorcom danych np. ubezpieczycielom, serwisom płatności elektronicznych, bankom, podmiotom świadczącym usługi internetowe.
   5. Pana/i  dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez 5 lat , tj. czasie niezbędnym do realizacji przez ADO obowiązków i uprawnień wynikających z przepisów prawa związanych z wykonaniem obowiązków organizacyjnych Organizatora przedmiotowej imprezy oraz w przypadku wyrażonej zgody na przetwarzanie danych dotyczących stanu zdrowia przez okres nie dłuższy niż 5 lat lub do wycofania przez Pana/i zgody na ich przetwarzanie.
   6. Ma Pan/i prawo dostępu do swoich danych, żądania i uzupełnienia niekompletnych danych sprostowania, ograniczenia przetwarzania danych, przenoszenia danych w zakresie wynikającym z obowiązujących przepisów prawa, prawo do wycofania zgody na ich przetwarzanie oraz usunięcia danych osobowych.
   7. W celach realizacji uprawnień określonych w pkt 6 powyżej wnioski należy składać do ADO za pośrednictwem powołanego Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych  na adres e-mail.
   8. Ma Pan/i prawo do wniesienia skargi do Organu nadzorczego (w rozumieniu RODO) dotyczącą przetwarzanie Pana/i danych osobowych tj. Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych. 
   9. 9.Podanie przez Pana/ią danych osobowych jest warunkiem zawarcia umowy. Ich podanie jest dobrowolne, lecz ich niepodanie będzie skutkowało brakiem możliwości uczestnictwa w 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonie. W przypadku oświadczenia, że znajduje się Pana/i w dobrym stanie zdrowia oraz jeśli chce otrzymywać informacje na temat kolejnych edycji WrocWalk Marathon dane osobowe będą przetwarzane na podstawie Pana/i zgody.
   10. 10.Dodatkowe informacje związane z uprawnieniami oraz obowiązkami Pana/i oraz ADO może Pan/i uzyskać na stronie BIP Organizatora www.mcs.wroc.pl w zakładce RODO.

1. Dla osoby upoważnionej do odbioru za zawodnika 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu pakietu startowego:

1. Administratorem Danych Osobowych (ADO) Pana/i danych osobowych zawartych w formularzu osobowym jest Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław z siedzibą przy al. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego 35, 51-612 Wrocław.
2. ADO wyznaczył inspektora danych osobowych, z którym można korespondować pisemnie z zaznaczenie adresata jako Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych  na wskazany w pkt 1 powyżej adres bądź na adres e-mail lub .

PKO Wrocław Maratonie – podstawa prawna art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO.
4. ADO może przekazywać Pani/Pana dane w szczególności podmiotom przetwarzającym, którym ADO zleci czynności przetwarzania danych.
5. Pana/i  dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez 3 miesiące, tj. w czasie niezbędnym do realizacji przez ADO obowiązków i uprawnień wynikających z przepisów prawa związanych z wykonaniem obowiązków organizacyjnych Organizatora przedmiotowe.
6. Ma Pan/i prawo dostępu do swoich danych, żądania i uzupełnienia niekompletnych danych sprostowania, ograniczenia przetwarzania danych.
7. W celach realizacji uprawnień określonych w pkt 6 powyżej wnioski należy składać do ADO za pośrednictwem powołanego Inspektora Ochrony Danych Osobowych  na adres e-mail.

1. POSTANOWIENIA KOŃCOWE

1. 1.Organizator zapewnia opiekę medyczną na starcie, trasie i mecie Maratonu. Po trasie będą jeździły i udzielały pomocy zespoły lekarskie zgodnie z zatwierdzonym przez właściwy urząd „Planem Zabezpieczenia  Medycznego”. Uczestnicy Maratonu mogą skorzystać na mecie z masaży wykonywanych przez studentów. 
2. 2.Pisemne protesty przyjmowane będą przy scenie 38. PKO Wrocław Maratonu w dniu 20 września 2020 r. do godziny 16:00. Protesty będą rozpatrywane w czasie do 1 godziny od zgłoszenia. 
3. 3.Uczestników Maratonu obowiązuje estetyczny ubiór i obuwie sportowe zgodne z przepisami PZLA.
4. 4.Zawodnik potwierdza, iż startuje wyłącznie na własną odpowiedzialność i ponosi związane z tym ryzyko, przyjmując do wiadomości, że udział w Maratonie wiąże się z wysiłkiem fizycznym i pociąga za sobą naturalne ryzyko i zagrożenie wypadkami, możliwość odniesienia obrażeń ciała i urazów fizycznych (w tym śmierci), a także szkód i strat o charakterze majątkowym.
5. 5.Zawodnicy, którzy przerwą Maraton będą mogli skorzystać z samochodu z napisem „Koniec Biegu”, który zawiezie ich na Stadion Olimpijski we Wrocławiu.
6. 6.Po trasie Maratonu mogą jeździć tylko pojazdy ze specjalną, wydaną przez organizatora przepustką, umiejscowioną w widocznym miejscu.
7. 7.Zawodnicy zostaną ubezpieczeni od następstw nieszczęśliwych wypadków. Szczegóły polisy (ubezpieczyciel, numer polisy, gwarantowana suma ubezpieczenia, ogólne warunki ubezpieczeń) opublikowane zostaną na stronie internetowej w dziale Regulamin do 30 sierpnia 2020 r.
8. 8.Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany terminu Maratonu ze względu na wystąpienie lub prognozę wystąpienia Siły Wyższej ogłoszoną przez właściwy Urząd. 
9. 9.Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do wprowadzania zmian w powyższym regulaminie – zawodników obowiązuje aktualna opublikowana na stronie Organizatora wersja Regulaminu.

REGULATIONS OF THE 38. PKO WROCŁAW MARATHON

1. Polish Solidarność Marathon Championship, 20 September 2020

1. 1. OBJECTIVE

Popularization and dissemination of running as the simplest form of physical activity, promotion of the City of Wrocław, Municipality of Kąty Wrocławskie, Wrocław agglomeration.

1. 1. ORGANISER

The organiser of the Marathon is Gmina Wrocław (Commune of Wrocław) – Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław (Youth Sport Centre Wrocław), PL 51-612 Wrocław, al. I.J. Paderewskiego 35, tel. +48 571 351 020, e-mail: .

1. 1. DATE AND PLACE

1. The marathon will take place on 20 September 2020.
2. Start: Kąty Wrocławskie Market Square at 9:00 a.m. Competitors will have to report to the start zones between 8.30 am and 8.45 am.
3. Finishing line: Olympic Stadium in Wrocław.
4. Route length: 42.195 km. The route shall have approvals of AIMS and PZLA.
5. Competitors shall take start positions in the following order: Marathon elite – competitors with the numbers from 1 to 200 (separated zone). About 10 m behind the elite, the other competitors shall position themselves in time zones compliant with the times declared in the entry form.

The following persons shall be invited to the Marathon elite:

1. 1. the Marathon Golden Two – the competitors who have completed all Silesians Marathons and Wrocław Marathons.
   2. Competitors invited by the Director of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon.

1. The competitors shall start in waves.
2. The route shall be closed for longitudinal wheel traffic in compliance with the decision on the use of the marathon route in a special way. The competitors shall be bound with the time limit amounting to 6 hours net. The competitors who at the halfway point of the marathon achieve the time exceeding 3 hours net shall be obliged to stop running and to leave the race route. All competitors who fail to reach the finishing line by 3:30 p.m. shall be obliged to stop running and to leave the route or to ride to the finishing line by a microbus with the inscription: KONIEC MARATONU (END OF MARATHON).
3. 95% of the Marathon race has asphalt surface and 5% - cobble surface.
4. The route of the Marathon shall be marked with kilometres: from 1 to 42 (every 1 km).
5. The time measuring points shall be located: at the start, on kilometre 5, 10, 15, 21.0975, 25, 30, 35, 40 and on the finishing line.
6. At every nutrition point, there shall be tables with:
   1. bowls with clean water,
   2. isotonic drinks,
   3. bananas divided into pieces,
   4. water.
7. At every refreshment point, there shall be tables with:
   1. sugar lumps,
   2. bowls with clean water for wetting sponges issued in the starter package, 
   3. water.
8. 12.The medical points shall be located at the nutrition and refreshment points and they shall be operated by paramedics.
9. 13.The toilet booths shall be located behind the nutrition and refreshment points.

1. 1. PARTICIPATION

1. Persons who will reach 18 years of age by 20 September 2020 shall be entitled to take part in 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon.
2. All participants taking part in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon must be verified and checked in at the Competition Office, which accepts competitors on 18 September 2020 from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on 19 September 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław. On Marathon day 20 September 2020 The Competition Office will be open from 6:00 a. m. to 8:30 a. m. in Kąty Wrocławskie only for competitors who have chosen the option of independent access to Kąty Wrocławskie.

The packages not collected on those days shall remain at the disposal of the organiser.

Notice!

1. • It is the competitors' obligation to submit to the Competition Office the entry confirmation in the form of a ticket (printed out or in the telephone), which should be downloaded from the profile of the competitor in the Datasport portal, from the e-mail received from Datasport or from the SMS received from Datasport before the race at the competition office,
   • In case of lack of a ticket, it is necessary to have an identity card or passport to verify identity, date of birth and nationality.
   • If it is not possible to collect the start package in person, the competitor shall ensure that a person authorised by him/her will appear to collect the start package. (in accordance with Section V, point 16, subpoint c).

1. Decisions of the doctors relating to continuation of the Marathon shall be final and irrevocable.
2. In the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon, measurement of time and determination of order shall be made by means of an electronic system, on the basis of the chips glued to the start numbers. Every competitor shall get a start number with a chip during the verification. The first 50 competitors shall be classified according to the place taken at the finishing line (gross time). The 51^st competitor and the next competitors shall be classified according to actually achieved time of completion of the Marathon (net time). Possession of the number during the entire race, moving solely on the marathon route and passing through all time checking points shall be the condition for being classified in the final announcement.

During the Marathon, all competitors must have start numbers fixed to their T-shirts on the chest.

1. Disqualification shall apply to:

1. competitors running with their starting number covered (in part or in full),
2. competitors shortening the route,

1. Persons who give their start number to another person or start with another person's number will be disqualified and will not be admitted to subsequent events organised by the Organiser of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon for 2 years.
2. Stationary deposit on the premises of the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław will accept personal belongings of the competitors packed into bags provided by the organizer on 20 September 2020 from 6:00 am to 6:45 am. The organizer requests that large luggage (suitcases, backpacks, etc.) which do not have to be taken by the competitor to the starting point of the Marathon in Kąty Wrocławskie be left in the stationary deposits. A mobile deposit will be organised on buses near the start of the Marathon in Kąty Wrocławskie between 6:00 and 8:30. Collection of belongings from deposits will be possible on 20 September 2020 until 4.30 pm at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław. The bags shall be given out from the deposits upon presentation of the number received from the deposit handler. Losing of the number by the competitor shall relieve the organiser from liability for collection of the bag by another person.
3. Changing rooms, toilets and showers with hot water shall be located on the Stadium and shall be made available on 20 September 2020 from 6.00 a. to 4.00 p.m.

1. 1. ENTRIES

1. Entries for participation in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon shall be accepted solely electronically through completion of the entry form inserted on the website of the marathon: www.wroclawmaraton.pl
2. Making of the entry shall be considered as performance of the following two activities by the competitor, in the following order:
   1. completion of the entry form on the website: www.pol.wroclawmaraton.pl,
   2. making of the payment for the starting package via electronic payments in the Internet entry panel at the registration stage of a competitor or to the bank account of Gmina Wrocław (Commune of Wrocław) – Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław (Youth Sport Centre Wrocław) in PKO BP bank with number: 13 1020 5226 0000 6602 0462 7032 (in transfer reference, please write: ‘opłata za pakiet startowy Maraton’ (fee for the marathon starting package) and give the name and surname of the competitor as well as their year of birth). SWIFT code: BPKOPLPW. The date of performance of the last of the aforementioned activities shall decide on the entry date.
3. The competitors making the payments outside the electronic payment channel in the entry panel shall be obliged to make the payment within maximum 3 working days from the date of completion of the entry form and keep the confirmation of the made payment.
4. Only competitors who have signed up and paid the fee within the available places will be entered on the start list.
5. Confirmation of the competitor's participation in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon (correct registration and fee payment) shall be: 
   1. e-mail sent to the address given in the application, 
   2. information in the competitor profile on Datasport, 
   3. presence of the competitor on the start list in Datasport. 
6. Entry for participation in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon shall constitute at the same time a confirmation of acquaintance of the competitors with these Regulations, undertaking to observe them and expression of consent to the use of the image of the participants, including consent to insertion of this data in TV, radio, Internet and printed messages as well as after giving the consent to send of information and questionnaires relating to the competitions organised currently and in the future by the organisers of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon.
7. The data of the competitor shall be entered in the start list after posting of the payment. The organizer reserves the right to remove from the start list content that is offensive, vulgar or violating the rights of third parties. The competitor has the possibility to hide his data on the start list by selecting the "anonymous" option when completing the application form, in this case the competitor will not be visible on the start list in Datasport.
8. The starting number will be given to the competitor at the moment of verification and checking at the Competition Office within the time limits specified in section IV, point 4. 2.
9. Deadline for entries and amount of the fees:
   1. The organizer determines the number of competitors - limit of 3000 people. There are three deadlines and two options to choose from: with the Organiser's transport (the Organiser provides access by means of substituted buses from the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław to the area of the start in Kąty Wrocławskie), or individual transport. If the competitor chooses the option of independent transport to the starting point in Kąty Wrocławskie, his fee will be reduced by 15 PLN, from the one in force at the time.

The amount of the organizer transport fees to the start:

1. 1. • deadline 1 – for the first 1000 competitors, the entry fee shall amount to PLN 110.00,
      • deadline 2 – for competitors 1001 to 2000, the entry fee shall amount to PLN 140.00,
      • deadline 3 – for competitors 2001 to 3000, the entry fee shall amount to PLN 170.00, The amount of fees with own transport to the start:
      • deadline 1 – for the first 1000 competitors, the entry fee shall amount to PLN 95.00,
      • deadline 2 – for competitors 1001 to 2000, the entry fee shall amount to PLN 125.00,
      • deadline 3 – for competitors 2001 to 3000, the entry fee shall amount to PLN 155.00,

1. 10.The following persons shall be entitled to take part in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon with a fee of 1 PLN provided that you register before the limit of places is exhausted or before 10 August 2020:
   1. Grzegorz Lechowski and Marek Musiał – the Wrocław Marathon Golden Two,
   2. medallists of the 27^th Open Long-Distance Running Wrocław Championship,
   3. winners of the Wrocław marathons and winners of the age categories from the 37^th PKO Wrocław Marathon
   4. competitors who are 60 years old or older (1960 and older),
   5. competitors invited by the Director of the Marathon.

The fee of 1 PLN applies only until 10 August 2020. After the expiry of this time limit, the fees in accordance with point. 9 above.

1. 11.Competitors making the payment between 18-20 September 2020 are obliged to have payment confirmation. A computer will be available in the Competition Office to check the transaction history.
2. 12.The competitor are entitled to resign from participation in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon by 15 August 2020

In order to resign, the competitor must send an email to . Within 14 days from sending the message, the participation fee will be returned reduced by 10 PLN.

1. 13.The organizer does not provide any name prints on the start numbers.
2. 14.In case of non-exhaustion of the limit of competitors till 16 September 2020, the entry form shall be closed. After closure of electronic entries, making of the entry shall be possible
   in the Marathon Office during verification on 18 -20 September 2020.
3. 15.The Marathon Secretariat is located in Wrocław at al. I.J. Paderewskiego 35, Trybuna Wschodnia, 51612 Wrocław,
   tel. +48 571 351 020, e-mail: ,, is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The Competition Office at the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław works on 18 September 2020 from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and on 19 September 2020 from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. On the day of the Marathon, 20 September 2020, the Competition Office will be open only in Kąty Wrocławskie between 6:00 am and 8:30 am. On 18, 19 and 20 September 2020. The Competition Office will conduct verification and checking of competitors, issue start numbers and start packages.

1. The condition for positive verification on 18 - 20 September shall be:

1. Submission to the Competition Office of confirmation of the application in the form of a ticket (printed out or in the telephone), which should be downloaded from the profile of the competitor in the Datasport portal, from the e-mail received from Datasport or from the SMS received from Datasport before the race at the competition office,
2. In case of lack of a ticket, it is necessary to have an identity card or passport to verify identity, date of birth and nationality.
3. If it is not possible to collect the start package in person, the competitor is obliged to ensure that a person authorised by him/her to collect the start package appears.

The participant who receives the main ticket with the code for collection of the package electronically (via e-mail or SMS) may authorise another person to collect it by clicking the link UPOWAŻNIENIA (authorisations) and entering the mobile phone number and the e-mail address of the person being authorised to collect the package at the competition office on behalf of the competitor. After saving of the authorisation, the authorised person shall be sent the ticket will all codes for collection of the package to the provided telephone number and e-mail address.

At any time, the competitor may click UPOWAŻNIENIA (authorisations) in their main ticket and change the data of the person authorised to collect the package - then, another valid ticket shall be generated and sent while the previous one shall be inactive.

 The competitor may also delete the data of the authorised person - then, none of the authorised tickets generated earlier shall be active, only the main ticket.

The competitor may in every case collect their package personally by means of their own main ticket with the QR code, regardless of the issued authorisations.

14. The organiser reserves the possibility to send the information relating to the 38^th Night PKO Wrocław Half Marathon PKO Wrocław Marathon.

1. 1. CLASSIFICATIONS

1. The following classifications will be kept in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon:
   1. individual:

women’s, men’s,

Republic of Poland female citizens, Republic of Poland male citizens,

1. 1. • in women’s and men’s age categories:

- W and M - 20: 18 – 29 years, - W and M - 30: 30 – 39 years,

- W and M - 40: 40 – 49 years, - W and M - 50: 50 – 59 years,

- W and M - 60: 60 – 69 years, - W and M - 70: 70 – 79 years,

- W and M - 80: 80 and older.

1. 1. team: three best competitors from a given team regardless of their sex, on condition of entering of identical team name (the lowest total times of team members shall decide on the victory).

1. In the 9^th Polish Solidarność Marathon Championship, only members of NSZZ ’Solidarność’ may participate. During the verification in the Competition Office, it shall be necessary to show a valid union card or a certificate from the union organisation confirming membership in NSZZ ‘Solidarność’. Without fulfilment of the conditions determined above, the competitor shall not be classified in the 9^th Polish Solidarność Marathon Championship.

The following classifications will be kept in the 9^th Polish Solidarność Marathon Championship: women’s classification and men’s classification as well as additional classifications:

1. 1. Women - up to 35 years,
   2. Women - from 36 to 49 years,
   3. Women - 50 years and older,
   4. Men - up to 39 years,

1. 1. Men - from 40 to 49 years,
   2. Men - from 50 to 59 years,
   3. Men - 60 years and older.

3. During the Marathon, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., a competition for the best team cheering the participants on the route shall be conducted. The rules of the competition shall be determined by the relevant regulations, which shall be published on www.wroclawmaraton.pl by 31 August 2020.

1. 1. PRIZES

1. The winners of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon shall obtain:
   1. cups founded by the Self-Government of the City of Wrocław and the sponsors of the Marathon in:
      • men’s classification: 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place,

 The winners in the age categories of women and men shall acquire the right to take part in the 39^th PKO Wrocław Marathon (on condition of making of the entry to 30 April 2021).

1. Competitors who are registered in the Nasz Wrocław programme and complete the 38.PKO Wrocław Marathon shall receive an additional prize equal to the amount of the entry fee paid.
2. The cups shall be handed in to the winners of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon according
   to the minute programme of the event. It shall be possible to collect the prizes not collected during the decoration up to 30 days after the end of the Marathon. After that time, they shall remain at the disposal of the organiser.
3. The cups shall be received by:

• Competitors from 1^st - 3^rd place in the 9^th Polish Solidarność Marathon Championship in classification of women and men,
• Competitors from the 1^st places in the classification of age categories in the 9^th Polish Solidarność Marathon Championship,

1. The best teams cheering the competitors on the route shall obtain prizes in compliance with competition regulations.
2. All female and male competitors who complete the Marathon in 6 hours shall obtain occasional medals. The medals shall be handed in after passing of the finishing line.
3. Personal income tax shall be deducted from the cash prizes and bonuses in compliance with applicable legal provisions.
4. 10.The cash prizes and bonuses acquired by the female and male competitors shall be provided solely via bank transfer to the indicated personal bank account of the competitor to 31 October 2020.
5. 11.The female and male competitors may be subjected to anti-doping tests after completion of the race. The tests shall be conducted by the Anti-Doping Commission. Every female and male competitor selected by the Anti-Doping Commission shall be obliged to undergo the anti-doping tests, under the rigour of disqualification. In case of detection of prohibited substances in sample A, the competitor shall be entitled to request testing of sample B at their own cost. In case of a negative result of sample B, not confirming use of prohibited substances, the result of the competitor shall be maintained in the list, while in case of confirmation of the result of sample A, the Director of the Wrocław Marathon shall disqualify the competitor. The disqualification decision shall be final and the provisions of PZLA relating to the appeal possibility shall not apply thereto.
6. 12.The list of prohibited substances and methods is determined in Appendix 1 to the International Convention against Doping in Sport dated of 19 October 2005, with updates.

The organizer does not provide accommodation.

1. 1. NUTRITION

1. After completion of the race, at the finishing line the competitors shall obtain: water, isotonic drink, tea, banana and regeneration meal. The meals shall be given away on the basis of the starting number.
2. See point III of this regulations for the nutrition on the route during running.
3. On 19 September 2020 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Olympic Stadium, "Pasta Party" will take place. Every participant who performs the verification from 18 to 19 September 2020 until 7.50 p.m. and who carries the starting number shall get a serving.

1. 1. FINANCING

1. The costs of organisation of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon shall be covered by: Municipality of Wrocław, Municipality of Kąty Wrocławskie, PKO BP

- Titular Sponsor and supporting partners and institutions.

1. The costs of the entry fee, travels and other services shall be covered by the event participants.
2. The verified competitors shall be entitled to free use of collective urban and suburban transport (tramways, buses) on 19 and 20 September 2020 against demonstration of the start number.
3. Within the fee for the starting package, the participant shall obtain:

start number + pins, sponge, drinks, bananas and sugar on the route and at the finishing line,

regulations with the map of the route, sports T-shirt, potentially gifts.

1. 1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In compliance with art. 13 sections 1 and 3 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR):

1. For the competitor of 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon:
   1. The Controller of the Personal Data contained in the personal form shall be Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław (Youth Sport Centre Wrocław) with its seat at al. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego 35, 51-612 Wrocław.
   2. The Controller of the Personal Data has appointed the Data Protection Officer, who may be corresponded with in writing, with determination of the Data Protection Officer as the addressee, to the address determined in point 1 above or to thee-mail address: or .
   3. The personal data provided by you shall be processed on the basis of the contract connected with participation in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon - legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter b of the GDPR (therefore, your personal data shall be processed in order to conclude the contract and to fulfil its terms & conditions as well as to perform the financial settlements in the period being necessary for performance of the obligations determined above). In case when you represent that you are in good health condition, the personal data shall be processed on the basis of your consent - legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter a of the GDPR. In case when you express your consent to being sent information and questionnaires relating to the sports events organised by the organisers of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon to your e-mail address - legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter a of the GDPR.
   4. The Controller of the Personal Data may provide your personal data in particular to the following recipients:

1. processors ordered by the Controller of the Personal Data to perform the processing operations,
2. other data recipients, e.g. insurers, electronic payment services, banks, entities providing Internet services.

1. 1. Your personal data shall be processed for 5 years, i.e. for the time being necessary for the Controller of the Personal Data to perform the obligations and to exercise the entitlements resulting from the legal provisions, connected with performance of the organisational obligations of the organiser of the event under consideration and in case of the expressed consent to processing of the data relating to the health condition - for the period not exceeding 5 years or to the time of withdrawal of your consent to the processing.
   2. You shall have the right to access your data, to request rectification and supplementation of the incomplete data as well as restriction of data processing and to data portability, the right to withdraw your consent to its processing and to erasure of the personal data.
   3. In order to exercise the entitlements determined in point 6 above, the requests shall be submitted to the Controller of the Personal Data via the appointed Personal Data Protection Officer to the e-mail address: .
   4. You shall be entitled to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (in the meaning of the GDPR), i.e. to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, in relation to the processing of your personal data.
   5. Provision of your personal data shall be the condition for contract conclusion. Its provision shall be voluntary yet a failure to provide it shall result in lack of the possibility to participate in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon. If you declare that you are in good health and wish to receive information about future editions of WrocWalk Marathon, your personal data will be processed based on your consent.
   6. 10.You may obtain additional information connected with your entitlements and obligations as well as with the entitlements and obligations of the Controller of the Personal Data on the Public Information Bulletin (BIP) site of the organiser: www.mcs.wroc.pl in the tab: RODO (GDPR).

1. For the person authorised to collect the starting package on behalf of the competitor of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon:
   1. The Controller of your Personal Data contained in the personal form shall be Młodzieżowe Centrum Sportu Wrocław (Youth Sport Centre Wrocław) with its seat at al. Ignacego Jana Paderewskiego 35, 51-612 Wrocław.

The personal data provided by you shall be processed on the basis of the legal provisions, i.e. the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws 2019.1145) in connection with your authorisation of a person to act on your behalf, i.e. to collect the starting package for the competitor participating in the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon - legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
   4. The Controller of the Personal Data may provide your data in particular to the processors ordered by the Controller of the Personal Data to perform the processing operations.
   5. Your personal data shall be processed for 3 months, i.e. for the period being necessary for the Controller of the Personal Data of perform the obligations and to exercise the entitlements resulting from the legal provisions, connected with performance of the organisational obligations of the organiser.
   6. You shall have the right to access your data, to request rectification and supplementation of the incomplete data as well as restriction of data processing.
   7. In order to exercise the entitlements determined in point 6 above, the requests shall be submitted to the Controller of the Personal Data via the appointed Personal Data Protection Officer to the e-mail address: .

XII. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The organiser shall provide medical care at the start, on the route and at the finishing line of the Marathon. Medical teams shall move on the route and provide aid in compliance with the Medical Protection Plan approved by the competent Office. The participants of the Marathon may use the massages given by the students.
2. Written protests shall be accepted at the stage of the 38^th PKO Wrocław Marathon on 20 September 2020 to 4:00 p.m. The protests shall be examined within 1 hour from their submission.
3. The participants of the Marathon shall be obliged to wear aesthetic clothes and sports shoes in compliance with the provisions of PZLA.
4. The competitor confirms that they take part in the Marathon on their own responsibility and bear the risk connected therewith, acknowledging the fact that participation in the Marathon is connected with physical effort and entails natural risk and threat of accidents, possibility to suffer injuries (including death) as well as material damages and losses.
5. The competitors who discontinue the Marathon shall be able to use the car with the inscription ‘Koniec Biegu’ (End of Race), which shall take them to the Olympic Stadium in Wrocław.
6. Only vehicles with a special pass, displayed in a visible place, shall be allowed to move on the route of the Marathon.
7. The competitors shall be insured against accidents. The details of the policy (insurer, policy number, guaranteed insurance sum, general insurance terms & conditions) shall be published on the website, in section ‘Regulamin’ (Regulations) by 30 August 2020.
8. The organiser reserves the right to change the date of the Marathon due to occurrence or forecast of occurrence of Force Majeure, reported by the competent Office.
9. The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes in the above regulations - the competitors are bound by the current version of the regulations published on the Organizer's website.
